Pleasant staff. Fantastic restaurant. Building a bit old but clean and comfortable nonetheless. Pool facilities acceptable. Maybe 3 1/2 stars as it has seen it's heyday
Ok hotel. A bit dated and the beds were very full of springs. Also the air conditioning had issues and wasn’t working correctly so it ended up being warm. Luckily there was parking there but I went during the off season. It’s a bit car to walk into the downtown but it’s possible about 30 min each way and it is a steep incline at a point.
I probably wouldn’t return here.
Also there was no lotion in bathroom only shampoo and body soap. Also there were not outlets next to the bed.
Two star at best, definitely not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was very poor and coffee undrinkable. Staff indifferent, bordering on unhelpful. Location poor if you don't have a car. Perugia is awesome, hotel not.
Nice and comfortable hotel. With good arrangement for breakfast. Rooms has nice washrooms with a bath tub. Mini bar is also in the room. Special charging socket is there which is always on even when you are out of the room. This helps you to charge your device even if you not in the room. Staff behaviour is also very helpful. Hotel maintains proper hygiene.
Well too pricy for the quality they gaved us, my 3.stars are only for the people working in the reception, very kind and professional, the rest is a not even 2 stars service, from morning breakfast that is poor and not the best quality, like ham and salami smelling bad, to bakery products that are not that fresh as you may expect in a 4 stars hotel!.. Should we talk about the beds?!? I think I never found such uncomfortable beds in my entire life, and everyone I've heard during breakfast were complaining about it!! And the ladies working during breakfast that would make you wait because they must change and clean the table covers as well sow If you are in a hurry than it's better not to come to eat there!! Overall an experience I would never try again, with the same money I've payed for 4 nights stay I would definitely had a villa or a real hotel somewhere else!!
Far from the center. Rooms are noisy, not well sound-isolated: you can hear all what your neighbours talk about. Disappointing breakfast, low quality ham, awful espresso. No satellite TV, no razor, no slippers... Not a deserved 4* hotel, definitely.
The Plaza sounds fancy but it was definitely subpar. The room was carpeted, the bed was actually two beds held together by velcro, the shower had no door or curtain, so everything got wet, and the hotel is nowhere near the center, though it is downhill from public transportation. The breakfast, however, had many choices and was definitely the best part.
Hotel was ok. Very quiet. Nice pool. A little out of the town and it cost 14 euro taxi into the centre. Which was beautiful and a must for any visit to perugia
